At VR Revankar Hospital, we are committed to making your experience—whether as a patient or visitor—as smooth, safe, and comforting as possible. This guide is designed to help you understand what to expect before, during, and after your visit, and how we support your needs every step of the way.

Preparing for Your Visit

To ensure a smooth check-in process, please bring the following:

Arrival and Registration

Upon arriving, kindly proceed to the registration desk at the main entrance. Our reception team will assist you with check-in and direct you to the right department or ward.

Admission Process

If your doctor recommends hospital admission, our team will guide you through room allotment, consent forms, and orientation about your stay.

Patient Safety & Comfort

We strictly follow all modern safety protocols and maintain a clean, secure environment. Our nursing and clinical teams are trained in international safety standards to ensure you receive care in a protected setting.

Our rooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort, equipped with:

  • Comfortable beds

  • Television

  • Wi-Fi access

  • Nurse call systems

Personalized meal service

During Your Stay

  • Visiting Hours

    Patients may receive visitors between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. If you require visits beyond these hours, special permission can be obtained through our patient coordinator.

    Meals

    Our in-house kitchen provides hygienic, nutritious meals customized to your dietary requirements. Please inform our dietitian or nursing staff if you have specific needs or allergies.

    Special Needs Assistance

    We offer wheelchair access, lift facilities, and language interpretation support for patients and visitors who may require additional help.

Discharge Process

Once your treating doctor confirms your readiness for discharge, our team will:

  • Provide you with a discharge summary

  • Explain post-discharge care instructions

  • Share prescribed medications and follow-up appointment schedules
  • Visit our billing department before discharge to:

    • Settle pending bills

    • Verify or process insurance claims

    • Avail EMI or cashless facility support

    For queries related to insurance or documentation, our insurance help desk is always available to assist you.

  • To maintain a healing environment for our patients:

    • Keep mobile phones on silent mode inside patient areas

    • Avoid crowding; limit to 1–2 visitors at a time

    • Do not visit if you have a fever, cough, or flu symptoms

    Sanitize hands and wear a mask at all times
